Grateful Friday

I'm grateful today that I remembered to write Grateful Friday!
(Better late than never, right?)

I'm grateful to hear the most powerful thunderstorm I have ever witnessed - so unlike the PNW. Hours of rolling, booming thunder that shook the house. Amazing.

I'm grateful for my new-found brother. Who knew I had a twin??

I'm grateful for blogs.

I'm grateful for the fun widget YoWindow.

I'm grateful for snax - thanks, Lis!

I'm grateful for an evening planned with my sis.

I'm grateful to be able to help those in need.

I'm grateful for beautiful souls that are willing to write letters of recommendation for me. I am so very humbled and thankful.

I'm grateful for scholarship opportunities.

I'm grateful to be able to look forward to an exciting and challenging future.

I'm grateful for the companionship of Taylor - what a gem.

I'm grateful Alex is having a great time at camp.

I'm grateful for my Dad and Connie.

“So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your G-d. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” ~Isaiah 41:10

I'm grateful for my office/study - I'm so blessed with a relaxing space.

I'm grateful for Taco Time, although I think I've had enough for a while.

I'm grateful for great music - can't live without it.

I'm grateful for my FB friends...every single one of them.

I'm grateful for the knowledge I have gained from study, and for the opportunities presented to me.

I'm grateful for reading glasses, dishwashers and cheap photo frames from Walmart.

I'm grateful for times of worship with the choir. I am so blessed that they allow me to be a part, even though our perspective is different.

I'm thankful for mature adult conversation.

I'm grateful for the time I have with my husband.

I'm grateful for asthma medications.

So, what are you grateful for this week?

I'm grateful that my sweet friend, Elizabeth, was not killed in the shooting in Aurora...I can't believe I'm typing this.

I'm thankful that you don't have to elaborate on your succinct bullets -- although, I admit, it is very fun.

So thankful for every second with you -- online, in person, on the phone. God is so, so kind to me.
