Grateful Friday


I'm grateful for our Shabbat walk - it was gloriously sunny and we met some letterboxers on our way!

I'm grateful for summer.

I'm grateful for friends who take the time to listen to me rant...again.  *grimace*

I'm grateful for words of encouragement and affirmation.

I'm grateful for our time studying Scripture.

I'm grateful to have been able to have lunch with my girl.

I'm grateful for digital photography - how in the world did I live without it?

I'm grateful for my husband's job.

I'm grateful that I got the boys a new chore chart worked out - let's hope this one works well!

I'm grateful to have a day of visiting friends today!

I'm grateful for iTunes - I love that I can have gigantic playlists that play for hours and hours without repeats!

I'm grateful for the internet.

I'm grateful for a clean kitchen.

I'm grateful for all the things that make our lives easier; washer and dryer, dishwasher, automobiles, heaters and air conditioners, computers, telephones...etc., etc.!

I'm grateful for the beautiful souls that the LORD has placed around me during a difficult time in my life.  Amazing!  I'm also amazed and grateful for all the talents and gifts He has put in our chaverim and that we are all so willing to share.

I'm grateful for opportunities to serve others.

I'm grateful for my health and the health of my hubby and kiddos.

I'm grateful that my bestie goes to the doctor to get routine checks.

So thankful for Kenton Lee and the Life Center choir - what a beautiful group of believers. I'm honored to be considered a part.

I'm grateful to feel wanted and needed.

I'm grateful for quiet mornings and introspective evenings.

I'm grateful for thrift stores that take donations.

I'm grateful that Padawan lets me drive her car when mine is in limbo.

I'm grateful for a sweet man who told me I was so beautiful last night at the Twisted Kilt Irish Pub.

I'm grateful for my friendship with Barb - she is truly a treasure.

I'm grateful for the best hugs from "Pock-lend" (my best attempt at the accent!).

I'm grateful for life.

This morning I'm grateful to know how to make challah - Rob loves it!

I'm grateful for my bluetooth-speaker in my car, that thing is fab!

I'm grateful that my dear friend Kevin had a wonderful time in France and for her wonderful children who took care of things while she was gone.

I'm grateful for blankets.  (haha! I was cold last night - can you tell?)

I'm grateful for all my letterboxing friends.

I'm grateful for tour guides and memories.

I'm grateful for the passing of time that facilitates healing.

I'm grateful for my family.

I'm grateful that Jacob was able to spend a great week with his aunt and cousin.

I'm grateful for people who can look into our souls - few and far between, those are.

I'm grateful for a sheltering home where I feel safe.

I'm grateful for little neighborhood bars that are fun places to meet with friends.

I'm grateful for my mother's wisdom in my head...man, I wish I could talk to her again.

Thou, O Lord, art a shield about me, my glory,
and the lifter of my head.
