Here are a few items I have personally found to be quite wonderful. Perhaps you will, too. (No fees were collected for these endorsements.) I will add to this list if I stumble across more fabulous must-haves.

INSIGHT TIMER mobile app

I use this app every day, and not only for meditation, but also writing, studying, and relaxing. And, best of all, its free!

FUNCTION OF BEAUTY Personalized Shampoo

I cannot say enough good about this shampoo and conditioner. I have been using it for almost a year now with no complaints - actually health my hair is the best it has been ever. The cost is comparable to any salon products, maybe a bit less. The products are Sulfate free, Cruelty free, Paraben free, Toxin free, and made in the USA

OLIVE BRANCH Body Wash, by Lush

I have very sensitive, rather problematic skin that develops sensitivities to products/chemicals used for more than a month. So things start out well at the beginning, only to end up in the trash as my entire body starts a revolt. But, not with Olive Branch, which I have been using for well over a year. It smells amazing, and as with all Lush products, is socially responsible. It is a bit spendy, but worth it. Try to buy it at a local store instead of mail order, due to the shipping charges.

BOSE wireless headphones

These are just awesome. I didn't buy the most expensive, but mid-product line. I also purchased mine at Costco quite a while ago. They are comfortable and, as you can imagine, sound amazing.

MINDFULNESS IN PLAIN ENGLISH, a book by B. Gunaratana

Fabulous introduction to mindfulness, and it lives up to the title! This is a book for all, not just Buddhists, although the author is a monk. If you are at all curious about mindfulness, and are a bit overwhelmed by all the book titles and perspectives on the bookshelves, give this one a try. It's well worth the easy read.

THE ART OF COMMUNICATING, a book by Thich Nhat Hanh

And, this is how it is done. This book will change the way you think about communicating with your loved ones and everyone else. I promise.
